1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Wedding Discoverers provides professional bridal beauty services including makeup artistry and hair styling.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your wedding date. Final payment is due 14 days before your wedding. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date with 60 days notice.

3. Trial Sessions

We strongly recommend trial sessions for all brides. Trials should be scheduled 4-8 weeks before your wedding date. Trial fees are separate from wedding day services.

4. Wedding Day Services

Our team will arrive at the agreed time and location. Any changes to timing, location, or services must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 90 days forfeit the entire deposit. We understand emergencies occur and will work with you when possible.

6. Liability

Wedding Discoverers is not liable for allergic reactions to products. Please inform us of any allergies during consultation. We use professional, high-quality products.

7. Photography Rights

We may request to photograph our work for portfolio purposes. You have the right to decline this request without any impact on services provided.
